Products shown on this website are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell. Stock and pricing in this trade change daily. Nothing is reserved until we have confirmed it to you in writing.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and in the absence of a stated period, for twenty-four hours. All prices are quoted exclusive of shipping unless we say otherwise.

Condition grading

Brand new sealed means factory-sealed, untouched retail packaging. 14-day means an activated unit within fourteen days of first activation, in as-new condition. Certified pre-owned means an inspected, fully working unit that may show light cosmetic wear. Grading is stated on every quotation.

Warranty

New goods carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable in the country of origin. Certified pre-owned goods carry a three-month warranty against functional failure, from us. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or units that have been opened by a third party.

Payment and title

Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full. We accept bank transfer and cash on collection.

Inspection

You are welcome to inspect goods at our showroom before payment. Once goods have left our premises, claims for shortage or physical damage must be raised within twenty-four hours, supported by photographs of the unopened package.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
