Personal Information Collection Statement

This statement is provided in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (the "PDPO").

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through this website, by email or by WhatsApp, we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your requirements. We do not collect personal data from visitors who simply browse the site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to place an order, to supply the goods and keep the records the law requires us to keep. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Your details may be passed to our shipping and courier agents where that is necessary to deliver goods to you, and to our bank where that is necessary to process payment. They are not sold, rented or given to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to completed transactions are kept for seven years, as required by Hong Kong tax and company law.

Your rights

Under the PDPO you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to receive a copy of it, and to have it corrected if it is wrong. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond within forty days.
